Arun Prasad is Vice President (Delivery & Services) of itaas, a leading IT services provider for digital Cable Television industry. He is responsible for implementing a global-delivery model for itaas by establishing a development center in India. Mr. Prasad has more than 23 years of experience of working with a proven track record of building high performance, geographically dispersed and culturally diverse teams.

Prior to joining Itaas, Mr. Prasad was Vice President of Product & Delivery Services at VSoft Corporation, an Atlanta-based check-processing software company, where he managed Professional Services and Quality Assurance teams. He also led a dedicated team in India for developing remittance processing products using on-site/offshore model.

Mr. Prasad holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Mechanical Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi and a Master of Science in Manufacturing Systems from Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur.
