Mr. Armes has over 10 years of experience in International Finance and Foreign Exchange.

For the past three years he has managed the Wells Fargo FX Team in the Southeast. The team is responsible for assisting middle market and large corporate customers manage their international business risks, especially those risks associated with currency volatility. Additionally, the team consults on best practices in International Treasury Management and Financial Accounting Standards related to hedging. Prior to joining Wells Fargo, Mr. Armes was a currency specialist with SunTrust Capital Markets. He managed a portfolio of clients in the Mid-Atlantic states and worked with those clients to diversify away from risks associated with currency movements. This included debt redistributions, currency hedging, and capital structuring.

Mr. Armes has a B.A from Florida State University and an MBA, with a concentration in International Finance, from Mercer University.
